Note:
1. Керуючись ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, ст.651, 652, 653 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», у зв'язку із виникненням об'єктивних обставин, що унеможливлюють виконання зобов'язань в строки передбачені договором, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть, до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі, Сторони домовились продовжити строк виконання зобов'язань щодо передачі товару, та внести відповідні зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.1. Викласти п. 5.2. Договору в наступній редакції: «5.2. Строк поставки Товару: з моменту підписання Договору до 31.12.2021 р. включно».
2. Керуючись ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, ст. 651, 652, 653 Цивільного кодексу України, п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», у зв'язку із коливанням (збільшенням) ціни товару, що є предметом Договору, на ринку, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну товару, що є предметом Договору, на 9,997068 відсотків, за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі.
