Враховуючи технічну помилку (заокруглення суми договору) при формуванні спеціфікації було втрачено 0,56грн. Так, сума укладеного та опублікованого договору 49442,00грн., а правильна сума 49442,56грн. Отже шляхом укладання додаткової угоди необхідно привести суму договору до правильних розрахунків.
1. Внести зміни до Пункту 3.1. договору про надання послуг № 01/2021 від 27 січня 2021 року (далі – Договір), та викласти у наступній редакції:
Ціна Договору становить 49442,56 грн. (Сорок дев ять тисяч чотириста сорок дві гривні 56 копійок.)в т.ч ПДВ-8240,43 грн.
2. Інші пункти Угоди залишаються без змін.
3. Ця додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту підписання її Сторонами і діє в термін, визначений Угодою.
