У зв'язку з підвищенням відпускних цін на товар Постачальником (лист №1330-10/17 від 18.10.2017) та відповідно до пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 №922-VII, Сторони прийшли до згоди змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, бе збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі в зв'язку з коливанням ціни на паливо на ринку.
Вищезазначені зміни необхідні для недопущення зриву безперебійної роботи автотранспорту та спеціального рухомого складу КП "Київський метрополітен" та для виконання інших господарських робіт.
