1. Викласти преамбулу Договору № 184 від 28.01.2021 р. про закупівлю послуг за державні кошти в наступній редакції. 2. У зв’язку з набранням чинності з 01.07.2021 року Рішення виконавчого комітету Рубіжанської міської ради Луганської області № 1035 від 18.06. 2021 року «Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з централізованого водопостачання та централізованого водовідведення, що надаються комунальним підприємством «Рубіжанське виробниче управління водопровідно-каналізаційного господарства» Рубіжанської міської ради, Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди внести зміни до п. 1.2. та п. 3.3. Договору та викласти в наступній редакції.

У зв’язку зі зменшенням обсягів закупівлі Замовника на підставі п. 1.3. розділу 1 «Предмет Договору» та п. 3.2. розділу 3 «Ціна Договору» Сторони прийшли до взаємної згоди зменшити суму Договору на 2 751,04 грн. (Дві тисячі сімсот п’ятдесят одну грн. 04 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ 20 % – 458,51 грн. (Чотириста п’ятдесят вісім грн. 51 коп.), внести зміні до п.п. 1.2., 3.2. Договору та викласти їх в наступній редакції.
