1. У зв’язку із збільшенням вартості електричної енергії, відповідно до п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (збільшення ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10%) та Довідки ТІШ України №1118/08.0-7.3 від 16.08.2022 р., Сторони погодили внести зміни в п. 5.2 Договору, та викласти наступним чином:
«5.2. Ціна за 1 кВт.год електричної енергії становить 4,25477 грн. з ПДВ, у тому числі 20 % ПДВ 0,70913 грн, з них ціна за передачу 1 кВт.год електричної енергії 0,41477 грн з ПДВ, у тому числі 20 % ПДВ 0,069128 грн..
