Сторони домовилися внести змiни у Додаткову угоду № 1 вiд 15 сiчня 2025 року, а само змiнити преамбулу тексту Додаткової угоди та викиласти у насryпнiй редакцii: «ТОВ«ЕНЕРА ЧЕРНIГIВ», що дiе на пiдставi лiцензii, виданої згiдно Постанови Нацiональної Koмicii, що здiйснює державно реryлювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг вiд 14 червня 2018 року № 429 в особi заступника директора Самовтор Лесi Петрiвни, яка дiе на пiдставi Довiреностi № 07.9/11397 вiд 19.12.2024 (далi - Постачальник), та КОМУНАЛЬНИЙ ЗАКЛАД «ПРИЛУЦЬКА СПЕЦІАЛЬНА ШКОЛА», в особi директора Крамаренка Володимира Михайловича, який дiє на пiдставi Статуry (далi – Споживач) , (далi разом - Сторони), уклали цю Додаткову Угоду про внесення змiн та доповнень до Договору про постачання електричної енергiї споживачу № 2431822 від 25 грудня 2024 року (далi-Угода) та домовились про наступне:» Згiдно iз частиною третьою статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України умови даної Додаткової угоди поширюються на взаємовідносини Сторін, які виникли з 15 січня 2025 року .
