Доповнити договір пунктами 2.3 та 2.4 змістом ДК 021:2015-093100005 електрична енергія. Обсяг постачання електричної енергії на 01.01.2021-31.03.2021 за приватне товариство "Рівнеобленерго". Вартість послуги визначається як очікувана вартість обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом вказаного періоду 392856.02 крім того ПДВ 78571.2 Договір набирає чиності з факту споживання електричної енергії 31.12.2021року, а в частині постачання електричної енергії 31.03.2021р. Відповідно ч3. ст 631ЦК. Договір набирає чиності в частині постачання електричної енергії.
