У звязку зі зменшенням ціни за електричну енергію зменшити загальну вартість Договору на 14 973,64 грн.(чотирнадцять тисяч девятсот сімдесят три грн. 64 коп.) та викласти пункт 5.2 Договору у наступній редакції: "Вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання електричної енергії протягом періоду, вказаного у пункті 2.2 цього Договору, та становить 3 468 576 грн.36 коп.(три мільйони чотириста шістдесят вісім тисяч гривень 36 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 578 096 грн. 06 коп.(пятсот сімдесят вісім тисяч девяносто шість гривень 06 коп.)
