З метою забезпечення діяльності Замовника та необхіднітю проведення процедури закупівлі фдля потреб 2022 року, керуючись положеннями Цивільного та Господарського кодексів, п. 8 ч. 5 ст. 41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", п. 6.3, 6.6 Договору Сторони вирішили продовжити дію договору про закупівлю на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку
