Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі «Класифікація за ДК 021-2015 (CPV) 33600000-6 – Фармацевтична продукція. Наркотичні, психотропні лікарські засоби та прекурсори: (Ketamine, Morphine,combinations, Trimeperidine, Fentanyl, Morphine, Diazepam)» та відповідно зменшити суму Договору на 122 623,26 грн. та Пункт 3.3. Розділу ІІІ «Сума Договору» Договору № 80 від 16.03.2022р. викласти в новій редакції «3.3. Загальна сума Договору становить: 51 521,20 грн. (П’ятдесят одна тисяча п’ятсот двадцять одна гривня 20 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 459,20 грн.».

Note:
Відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.10.2. Договору № 80 від 16.03.2022р., дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Враховуючи вищевикладене, Сторони домовились продовжити термін дії договору до 30.03.2023 р., та викласти п. 10.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання і діє до «30» березня 2023 р., але у будь-якому випадку до повного використання сторонами своїх зобов’язань.».
Конкретний обсяг товару, що буде закуплено в період з 1 січня 2023 року по 30 березня 2023 року, визначається Додатковою угодою між Сторонами після затвердження фінансового плану Замовника.
