Note:
1. Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни у додатку № 1 «Дефектний акт» до Договору зі зменшенням витратних матеріальних цінностей замовника, покращення якості за рахунок оптимізації конструкції до приміщення. У зв’язку з чим визнати додаток № 3 «Деталізація до дефектного акту» до Договору недійсним і викласти його в новій редакції.
2. Через відтермінування виконання послуги на час узгодження деталізації сторонами, сторони погодились внести зміни до п. 5.1. до Договору, а саме: Поставка Товару здійснюється до 31 грудня 2023 року.
3. Всі інші пункти Договору, які не зазнали змін у зв’язку з укладенням даної додаткової угоди, продовжують свою дію та Сторони підтверджують свої зобов’язання за ними.
