дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку . Відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про здійснення державних закупівель» внести зміни до п.3.1. Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції : « Ціна цього договору збільшується на 33136грн 26коп. (тридцять три тисячі сто тридцять шість грн 26коп..,в тому числі ПДВ 20%-5522грн 71коп.) на період проведення торгів на початку 2021 року в межах видатків затверджених на цю мету та становить 199373,76грн (Сто дев'яносто дев'ять тисяч триста сімдесят три грн 76коп у т.ч. ПДВ 33228,96грн
