Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII в редакції Закону №114-ІХ від 19.09.2019р. (далі-Закон), Цивільним, Господарським кодексами та іншими нормативними документами та відповідно до пункту 1, частини 5, статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 11.3.п 1 Договору № 167 від 26.08.2021 року (далі - Договір), а також згодою Сторін, домовились про зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичних обсягів видатків замовника та внести зміни до пункту 3.2 розділу ІІІ «Ціна договору виклавши в наступній редакції:
1 Загальна ціна Договору визначена згідно з Додатком 1 до Договору (Специфікація) та становить: 17804,56грн (Сімнадцять тисяч вісімсот чотири грн. 56коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 20% у сумі 2967,42грн (Дві тисячі дев'ятсот шістдесят сім грн. 42коп.) Зменшення становить 3185,24грн в тому числі ПДВ 530,87грн.
2. Сторони домовились викласти Специфікацію, що є додатком 1 до Договору про закупівлю товару № 167 від 26.08.2021 в новій редакції
