Note:
Сторони домовились змінити ціни Товару та внести зміни до Договору №13 від 12.03.2021 року, укладеного а результатами проведених торгів, на підставі ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні Закупівлі", п. 12.2.2. Договору відповідно до якого істотні умови договору про закупівлю не можуть змінюватися після його пдписання до виконання зобов'язань сторонами у повному обсязі, крім випадків збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10% у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми в Договорі.
