Note:
1. Покупець відповідно пункту 6.2.1 Договору достроково в односторонньому порядку розриває цей Договір у зв’язку з невиконанням зобов’язань з 13 жовтня 2021 року.
2. Сума Договору зменшується у зв’язку з розірванням Договору на суму 4 646 449,57 (чотири мільйони шістсот сорок шість тисяч чотириста сорок дев’ять гривень 57 коп.).
3. Пункт 3.2 Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
« 3.2. Ціна Договору становить 215 500,43 (двісті п'ятнадцять тисяч п’ятсот
грн 43 коп.) з ПДВ». «3.2. Сума цього Договору становить: 5 830 703,94 (п’ять мільйонів вісімсот тридцять тисяч сімсот три) гривень 94 копійки без ПДВ.
