Керуючись ЗУ "Про ринок природного газу", вимогами ст.41 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі", враховуючи необхідність приведення умов договору у відповідність з фактичним споживанням, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни, щодо річного планового обсягу постачання газу до 18180,01 куб. м., в т. ч. по місяцях: січень 2021 року - 8082,02 куб.м., лютий 2021 року - 10097,99 куб.м.. Загальна сума договору становить 172105,66 грн. з ПДВ (сто сімдесят дві тисячі сто п`ять грн. 66 коп.з ПДВ)
