З урахуванням підпункту 8 пункту 19 Особливостей та на підставі частини 6 статті 41 Закону, якою передбачено, що дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони Договору дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк дії Договору та внести зміни до пункту 13.1. розділу 13. «Термін дії договору» Договору, виклавши його в такій редакції:
«13.1. Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання уповноваженими представниками обох Сторін, скріплюється печатками Сторін і діє до 31.03.2024 року, а в частині взаєморозрахунків — до повного їх виконання Сторонами».

На підставі підпункту 8 пункту 19 Особливостей ,відповідно до положень частини 6 статті 41 Закону та пункту 14.4.7. Договору Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 54 022,40 грн (П’ятдесят чотири тисячі двадцять дві грн грн 40 коп) з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми,визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році.
