2. Сторони погодили, що остаточна загальна сума Договору склала 65509,87 грн., Замовник і Постачальник, дійшли згоди зменшити суму Договору на 48911,93 грн. (сорок вісім тисяч дев’ятсот одинадцять гривень 93 копійки), та викласти у новій редакції п.3.6 розділу ІІІ. Ціна постачання природного газу, а саме: «3.6 Загальна сума договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Договором і становить: 65509,87 грн. з ПДВ (шістдесят п’ять тисяч п’ятсот дев’ять гривень 87 копійок)».
