Note:
1. Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651, 653, та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 1 від 26.12.2019р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить 110 200,00 грн. (сто десять тис. двісті грн.) в т.ч. ПДВ 18 366,66 грн. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 22 040,00 (двадцять дві тис. сорок грн. 00 коп) в т.ч. ПДВ 3 673,33 грн. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1),
