Пункт 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» на підставі на підставі листа Постачальника вих. № 17/321 від 06.10.2017 р. та довідки ДП «Держзовнішінформ» № 113/160 від 05.10.2017 р., керуючись пунктами 3.3, 11.5 Договору №2604-17 від 26.04.2017 року Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару не більше як на 10 відсотків від ціни визначеної в Договорі, не збільшуючи при цьому суми Договору та не погіршуючи якості Товару.
