Розірвання договору у зв'язку із коливанням ринкової ціни на філе куряче охолоджене в сторону збільшення, відмовою постачальника ( переможця переговорної процедури) здійснювати поставку даного товару по ціні 72 грн./кг , а це призвело до порушення вимог перспективного меню (так як учні ЗОШ Ярмолинецького району з 1.09.2017 р. не доотримуть в раціон філе куряче)
