відповідно до додаткової угоди №5 від 14.09.2020 Сторони домовились про наступне 1. Викласти п. 5.1 Контракту у наступній редакції: "5.1. Замовник здійснює оплату послуг з виробництва Фільму в розмірі, передбаченому п.4.1 цього Контракту за рахунок видатків загального фонду Державного бюджету України за бюджетною програмою "Державна підтримка кінематографії" (КПКВ 3806030) в сумі 2 010 000 (два мільйони десять тисяч) гривень 00 копійок без ПДВ: у 2017 р. в сумі 919 472 (дев’ятсот дев’ятнадцять тисяч чотириста сімдесят дві) гривні 22 копійок без ПДВ; у 2018 р. у сумі 881 587 (вісімсот вісімдесят одна тисяча п’ятсот вісімдесят сім) гривень 30 копійок без ПДВ; у 2020 р. у сумі 208 940 (двісті вісім тисяч дев’ятсот сорок) гривень 48 копійок без ПДВ".2. Всі інші умови Контракту залишаються без змін.

Відповідно до ст.631 п.3 Цивільного Кодексу умови Контракту застосовуються до відносин, які виникли до його укладання. Контракт набуває чинності з моменту його укладення і діє до 31 грудня 2020 року, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов`язань"
