У зв'язку з проведенням коригування проектно-кошторисної документації по об'єкту : "Реконструкція водогінної мережі в с.Нагоряни Овруцької міської ради Житомирської області" ДК 021:2015: 71520000-9 - Послуги з нагляду за виконанням будівельних робіт, внести зміни в пункт 2.1 розділу 2 Договору №11-3-ТН від 17.01.2022 року та викласти його в наступній редакції:
"Договірна ціна за виконані роботи технічного нагляду складає 0,00 грн. (Нуль гривень 00 копійок), з них:
2022 рік складає - 0грн.00коп. (нуль гривень 00 копійок);
2023 рік складає - 0грн.00коп. (нуль гривень 00 копійок);
2024 рік складає - 0грн.00коп. (нуль гривень 00 копійок);
2025 рік складає - 0грн.00коп. (нуль гривень 00 копійок);
2.В пункті 1.2 Договору слова та цифри "до 31.12.2022р." замінити словами та цифрами "до 18.12.2025р." замінити словами та цифрами "до 18.12.2025р".
