Згідно п. 5 ч. 4 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» узгоджено зменшити суму договору у зв’язку з чим внести зміни у п. 3.1. та викласти його у новій редакції, а саме:
1. «п. 3.1. Договірна ціна на момент укладення Договору є твердою і становить з врахуванням погодження від 28.08.2019 року № 2103-836 «Управління фінансового контролю» департаменту «Адміністрація міського голови» 2 110 158,26 гривень (два мільйони сто десять тисяч сто п’ятдесят вісім гривень 26 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20% 351 693,04 (триста п’ятдесят одна тисяча шістсот дев’яносто три гривні, 04 копійки)
2. Викласти Розрахунок договірної ціни та кошторисні розрахунки (додаток №1) до договору № Т-Б/05/08/19 від 05.08.2019 року у новій редакції.
