1.1 Керуючись пунктами 4.1.1,, 10.3, 15.7 Договору, з урахуванням листа ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА від 27.10.2021 про продовження співпраці, гарантії виконання зобов’язань від 29.09.21 та у зв’язку із продовженням співпраці Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «01 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «15 травня 2021 року»;
1.1.2. У п.10.1. Договору цифри та слова «31 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «31 липня 2022 року».
1.2 Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
