1.1 Керуючись пунктами 4.1.1, 10.3, 15.7 Договору, з урахуванням листа ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКА про продовження строку виконання зобов’язань щодо передачі продукції Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору:
1.1.1 У п. 4.1 Договору цифри та слова «01 грудня 2021 року» замінити цифрами та словами «10 грудня 2021 року»;
1.2 Інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
