1.На підставі п.1 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" зменшити обсяг закупівлі питної води на 55400л. Після зменшення обсяг закупівлі питної води складає 52000л.
2. Зменшити загальну суму договору на 83100,00 грн. Після зменшення загальна сума договору складає 78000,00 (Сімдесят вісім тисяч гривень 00 копійок) в тому числі ПДВ 13000,00грн.
3.Ця угода набуває чинності з дня її підписання і діє до повного виконання зобов‘язань Сторонами.
4. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
