Reduction of procurement volumes, including taking into account the actual volume of customer's expenses

Сторони керуючись п.п.1 п.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", дійшли згоди про внесення змін до договору №122 від 23.01.2019 р.,а саме: "1.Зменшити обсяги постачання теплової енергії по договору №122 від 23.01.2019р., згідно фактично спожитим показникам за січень-вересень 2019р. Пункт 1.2. договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Теплова енергія постачається Споживачу в обсязі 344,054 Гкал з 01.01.2019р. до 30.09.2019 року». 2.Зменшити суму договору №122 від 23.01.2019р. на 624 552,57 грн. (шістсот двадцять чотири тисячі п’ятсот п’ятдесят дві грн. 57 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ – 104 092,10 грн. Пункт 3.1. договору викласти в наступній редакції: «Ціна цього договору становить: 1 356 042 грн. 99 коп. (один мільйон триста п’ятдесят шість тисяч сорок дві грн. 99 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ – 226 007,17 грн.".
