Керуючись ч. 1 ст. 651 Цивільного кодексу України, ч. 1 ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, Рішенням виконавчого комітету Гірської сільської ради Бориспільського району Київської області від 06.10.2021 №349 та п. 7.4 цього Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни:
1. Таблицю № 1 пункту 4.1 Договору викласти в новій редакції.
2. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
