Note:
На підставі ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», якою передбачено, що дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони Договору дійшли взаємної згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору: змінити строк дії Договору та продовжити його до 31.03.2021 року, в частині постачання природного газу термін дії договору до 15.01.2021 року; збільшити суму договору на 3000,00 грн. (три тисячі гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ – 500,00 грн. (п’ятсот гривень 00 копійок). На підставі ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до пункту 12.1.2 Договору, Сторони Договору дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 10 відсотків.
