У зв’язку з форс-мажорними обставинами спричиненими військовою агресією росії проти України, зокрема, в районі знаходження сільськогосподарських угідь Замовника, стримує проведення планових сільськогосподарських робіт, що є наслідком зменшення об’ємів використання дизельного палива. Додаткових резервуарів для зберігання пального в установі немає. Замовник та Постачальник дійшли згоди термін поставки дизельного палива згідно Договору продовжити до 18.08.2023 р. При цьому, сума договору не міняється..
