Коригування твердої ціни відбувається лише у випадках передбачених законодавством що регулює сферу державних закупівель, Постанови КМУ від 01.08.2005 р. № 668 та Правил визначення вартості будівництва ДСТУ Б.Д.1.1-1:2013, прийнятих наказом Міністерства регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово-комунального господарства України від 05 липня 2013 року № 293, чинним законодавством України та цим Договором ".
