У зв’язку із переведенням на самостійне ведення бухгалтерського обліку Роменський дошкільний навчальний заклад (ясла-садок) № 3 «Оленка» Роменської міської ради Сумської області, виключити даний заклад з переліку об’єктів по відділу освіти виконавчого комітету Роменської міської ради об’єкт за адресою : вул. Дудіна, 43, м. Ромни. Зменшити річний плановий обсяг постачання газу до 140,032 тис. куб. м.
У зв’язку з цим укласти додаткову угоду відповідно до п.1 частини четвертої статті 36 Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі» - зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника.
