1. Відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 11.03.2020 року №211 «Про запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронавірусом SARS-CoV-2», а також згідно з п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», керуючись підпунктом 3.3.2. Договору, сторони вирішили внести зміни до пунктів 5.1. та 10.1. Договору та викласти їх у наступній редакції:
5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товарів: до 30.09.2020 року.
10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту укладення і діє до 30.09.2020 року або , або до повного виконання зобов’язань Сторонами за даним Договором при наявності бюджетних асигнувань. Сплив строку дії Договору не звільняє Сторони від повного виконання своїх зобов’язань за даним Договором.
