В зв’язку із збільшенням ціни на ринку відповідно до інформації, розміщеної на сайті Державного підприємства «Оператор ринку» за посиланням https://www.oree.com.ua/. керуючись підпунктом 2 пункта 19 постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022р. № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» та на підставі підпункту 2 пункту 6 Додатку 3 до Договору «Порядок змін умов договору» Сторони домовились збільшити тариф з 01 листопада 2023 р. Ціна за одиницю товару становить 7,14528 грн з ПДВ за 1 кВт*год. Сторони домовились викласти Додаток 1 до Договору «Договірна ціна» в новій редакції, що додається. 3. Керуючись ст. 631 Цивільного Кодексу України, Сторони домовились, що нова (змінена) ціна застосовується з першого числа відповідного розрахункового періоду (календарного місяця), а саме з 01.11.2023 року.
