У звязку з закриттям бюджетного року , та з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків на закупівлю електричної енергії на підставі п.5.15 Договору № 37490223 вд 26.01.21р. Сторони дійшли згоди змінити умови Договору . а саме п. 2.3 та п.5.14 викласти у наступній редакції :
п 2.3. Обсяги закупівлі товарів складає 6281 кВт/год. Зменшення складають на 3719 кВт/год.
п.5.14. Сума цього Договору становить 28462,85 ут.ч. ПДВ-4743,81. Сума зменшення складає 8217,30.
