Відповідно до положень п. 11.5. Договору на підставі пп. 4) п. 5 Статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та враховуючи фактичну наявність коштів на фінансування видатків у 2021 ропі, Сторони погодили:
1. Внести зміни до КАЛЕНДАРНОГО ПЛАНУ поставки Товару за предметом закупівлі «ДК 021:2015 - 48820000-2 Сервери (Придбання серверного обладнання та підсистеми збереження даних для функціонування центру збору фінансової звітності у форматі XBRL)» та надання Супутніх Послуг, вміщеного у Додатку 4 до Договору (надалі Календарний план), зокрема:
1.1 За пунктом 2 Календарного плану в частині визначення терміну виконання поставки Товару за позицією «Серверний вузол центрів обробки даних програмно-апаратного комплексу центру збору фінансової звітності із програмним забезпеченням створення відмовостійкого кластеру, включаючи гарантійну та технічну підтримку серверного вузла центрів обробки даних програмно-апаратного комплексу центру збору фінансової звітності» у кількості 1 шт. зазначити «до 16 серпня 2021 року включно»;
1.2. За пунктом З Календарного плану в частині визначення терміну завершення надання Супутніх Послуг щодо Товару за позицією «Супутні послуги з встановлення, налаштування обладнання» у кількості 1 шт. зазначити «до 31 серпня 2021 року включно»
2. Погодити Календарний план зі змінами згідно з н.1 вище та викласти зазначений Додаток 4 до Договору у редакції, що додається до цієї Додаткової угоди до Договору.
