Розрахунки проводяться шляхом:
- авансової оплати в розмірі 5 600 000,00 грн., в тому числі ПДВ, від вартості обладнання зазначеного в Специфікації (Додаток № 3);
- авансової оплати у розмірі 2 831 860,09 грн., в тому числі ПДВ, після постачання частини обладнання відповідно до Специфікації (Додаток № 3);
- решта коштів від вартості обладнання зазначеного в Специфікації (Додаток № 3) понад суму авансу, сплачується Замовником після поставки обладнання на підставі оформлених Актів (Акту) приймання-передачі матеріалів та обладнання.
