керуючись Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 №64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» (із змінами), п. 10.1. та п.11.1 договору №5 від 01 вересня 2022 року (далі - Договір) уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне: 1. пункт 10.1 Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами, скріплення печатками Сторін та діє до 31.12.2022». 2. Інші пункти Договору залишити без змін. 3. Ця додаткова угода вступає в силу з моменту підписання її Сторонами і діє в термін, визначений Договором.
