Відповідно до статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами та доповненнями) для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2018 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну Договору на 25807,71 грн., що не перевищує 20% ціни Договору, та внести зміни до п.3.1 Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції: "п.3.1. Ціна цього договору становить 154846,27 грн., у тому числі ПДВ: 20% - 25807,71 грн."
