Згідно ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) «дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку та п.11.3 Договори сума додаткової угоди не перевищує 20% загальної суми договору за 2020 рік та становить: 56 849,76 грн. (сто п’ять тисяч п’ятсот сорок грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
