Сторони дійшли згоди п. 5.1 розділу 5 договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг викласти в наступній редакції: «Загальна вартість (сума) цього Договору згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування на період з 21.05.2023р. по 31.12.2023р. становить 21 112,43 грн (двадцять одна тисяча сто дванадцять грн. 43 коп.)»
2. Сторони дійшли згоди п. 3.4. до розділу 3 договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг викласти в наступній редакції: “Вартість 1 кВт*год. електричної енергії визначається єдиним роздрібним тарифом на відповідний розрахунковий період згідно з нормативно-правовими актами Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері енергетики та комунальних послуг та/або КМУ. Станом на _01.06.2023 року вартість 1кВт*год становить 5,661648 грн.(з урахуванням ПДВ).” Станом на _01.07.2023 року вартість 1кВт*год становить 6,040668 грн.(з урахуванням ПДВ).
