1. Замовник і Постачальник за домовленістю сторін, керуючись пунктом 1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII, дійшли згоди пункт 4 Додаткової угоди № 6 від 02.01.2020 року викласти в наступній редакції:
