Згідно п. 1 ст. 651, та п. 1 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а
саме: «зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків
замовника» та керуючись п. 13.8. Договору № 66 від 23 березня 2021 р., відповідно до
якого:
«Будь-які зміни і доповнення до даного Договору дійсні лише за умови, що вони
здійснені в письмовій формі і підписані уповноваженими на те представниками Сторін.
Взаємовідносини між Продавцем та Покупцем можуть уточнюватись на основі
двосторонніх угод до цього Договору»:
1. Зменшити загальну суму договору на 269837 грн. 72 коп. (двісті шістдесят
дев’ять тисяч вісімсот тридцять сім грн. 72 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 44972 грн. 95 коп. (сорок
чотири тисячі дев’ятсот сімдесят дві грн. 95 коп.) та п. 3.1 Розділу 3 викласти в
наступній редакції: «3.1 Сума цього Договору складає 189402 грн. 28 коп. (Сто
вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч чотириста дві грн. 28 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 31567 грн. 05 коп.
(тридцять одна тисяча п’ятсот шістдесят сім грн. 05 коп.)»
2. До Специфікації Додатку № 1 до договору № 66 від 23 березня 2021 р внести
зміни та викласти в новій редакції.
