. Керуючись пунктом 1, 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами), та у відповідності до рішення про затвердження тарифів прийняте виконкомом Чернівецької міської ради 26 липня 2022 №405/23 «Про внесення змін до рішення виконавчого комітету міської ради від 25.05.2021 р. №346/11 «Про погодження Інвестиційних програм та встановлення тарифів для ТОВ «Укрвторресурси - Буковина» на послуги з поводження з побутовими відходами (зберігання, перевезення твердих, великогабаритних, ремонтних відходів)», сторони домовились зменшити обсяги та загальну суму договору на 199,84 грн. (Сто дев’яносто дев’ять гривень 84 копійок):
1. Внести зміни до п.1.3 Договору і викласти в наступній редакції:
«п.1.3. Послуги з вивезення сміття проводяться в обсязі – 967 куб.м.
2. Внести зміни до п.3.1. Договору і викласти в наступній редакції:
«п.3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить: 143 896,86 грн. (Сто сорок три тисячі вісімсот дев’яносто шість гривень 86 копійок) у т.ч. ПДВ 23 982,81 грн. ( Двадцять три тисячі дев’ятсот вісімдесят дві гривень 81 копійок)
2. Внести зміни в Додаток 1 (Специфікація) та викласти в новій редакції.
