Відповідно до рішення Закарпатської обласної ради № 1570 від 26 вересня 2019 року « Про створення Комунального некомерційного підприємства «Закарпатська обласна клінічна стоматологічна поліклініка» Закарпатської обласної ради, уклали цю додаткову угоду до договору № 41DB887-520-19 від 31.01.2019 року, про наступне:
1.Сторони дійшли згоди, що права та обов'язки ( втому числі і право та обов'язок користуватись умовами договорів із своїми контрагентами та виконувати попередньо укладені договори) Закарпатської обласної клінічної стоматологічної поліклініки за договором покладаються на його правонаступника - Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Закарпатська обласна клінічна стоматологічна поліклініка» Закарпатської обласної ради
2. Правонаступник - Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Закарпатська обласна клінічна стоматологічна поліклініка» Закарпатської обласної ради забезпечує погашення невиконаних бюджетних зобов'язань.
