«4.4. Відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача на перший квартал 2023 року виділені бюджетні асигнування на взяття бюджетних зобов'язань складають, на дату підписання даної додаткової угоди, 47587,30 грн. Невідповідність обсягів бюджетних асигнувань вартості Договору не позбавляє Споживача від обов’язку виконання п. 5.1. даного Договору.
В подальшому бюджетні асигнування можуть збільшуватися відповідно до кошторисних призначень Споживача.»
