Note:
Опис змін, що внесені до істотних умов договору:
1. Керуючись п. 11.3.2 розділу XІ «Інші умови» Договору, відповідно до п. 8, ч. 4, ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII (зі змінами), продовжити дію Договору від 03.04.2018 р. №5168/12 на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, а саме: до 31 березня 2019 р., та в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у Договорі від 03.04.2018 р. №5168/12, а саме: 27330,74 з урахуванням ПДВ (20%).
2. Вартість даної додаткової угоди становить 27 330,74 грн. (двадцять сім тисяч триста тридцять гривень, 74 копійки), у тому числі ПДВ (20%) 4 555,12 грн.
3. Обсяг послуг за даною додатковою угодою складає 20,916745 Гкал.
4. Вартість послуг наданих Учасником за цим Договором, встановлюється у розмірі 1 306, 644 грн. за 1 Гкал, з урахуванням ПДВ – 20%.
