Note:
1. Внести зміни до преамбули Договору, виклавши її у новій редакції.
2. Внести зміни в п. 1.1, п. 2.3.1., п. 2.3.6., п.3.1., п. 4.1., п. 4.4., п. 4.6. та п. 10.1. Договору, виклавши їх у новій редакції.
3. Розрахунок ціни за медичний огляд (додаток 1.1) в частині наказу МОЗ України від 21.05.2007 № 246 з 01.01.2026 вважати розрахунком ціни за медичний огляд згідно з наказом МОЗ України від 08.09.2025 № 1393.
4. Доповнити Договір Розрахунком вартості послуг по виробничому підрозділу «Криворізький загін воєнізованої охорони» філії «Служба корпоративної безпеки» акціонерного товариства «Українська залізниця» на 2025 рік (Додаток 2), що є невід'ємною частиною Договору, виклавши його в редакції, що додається.
5. Змінити Розділ 13 Договору, виклавши його у новій редакції.
6. Внести зміни в Додатки 1 та 1.1. Договору в частині назви замовника, виклавши її у всіх відмінках.
