При детальному розгляді закупівлі, проведеної КНП ХОР "Обласна психіатрична лікарня №2", було виявлено технічну/механічну помилку по предмету закупівлі Електрична енергія код ДК 021-2015:09310000-5 Електрична енергія. Технічна/механічна помилка була допущена секретарем тендерного комітету при оприлюдненні закупівлі. Зокрема помилково було зазначено в умовах оплати згідно із договором, а саме: переіод не 10 робочих днів, а потрібно було прописати 5 робочих днів (згідно з умовами договору).
